The last project I worked on at Wesleyan, this came about when Uruguayan author Isabel Calione hired my team and me to create a trailer for her novel What I Didn’t Know, a suspense-romance-crime-thriller about Julia, whose seemingly perfect life spirals out of control as she makes one shocking discovery after another.
This was a really fun shoot to take on, and it was amazing to be able to bring to life a small part of the exciting story that is What I Didn’t Know, originally published in Spanish in 2013 and recently published in English. The novel gained traction with English-language audiences and is available everywhere now.

A special look - including behind the scenes clips and a teaser trailer - into “Regreso”, the short film I wrote, directed, and edited as my senior thesis project at Wesleyan University.
“Regreso” was shown to an audience of over 400 people at the Goldsmith Family Cinema at Wesleyan in May of 2026 and is currently being submitted to festivals.

My rather pretentious junior year production class final project. I was going through a bit of a rough spot emotionally while making this and thought if I poured my angst into a really artsy project it would make me feel better. It kind of worked and I’m really happy with how most of this looks, but the film is kind of a confusing mess overall.

My second major assignment for my Junior year film production class at Wesleyan. The task was to create an action or story that could be carried through two separate locations. I normally struggle and overthink when writing, but for this project I immediately knew what I wanted to do, and I’m very happy to say it came out nearly exactly as I’d intended.
The title is, in fact, a reference to the Green Day song of the same name.
